Perfecting the Art of CBD Flower Infusion

CBD flower infusion involves various products and different ways of doing the infusion. You can infuse drinks with CBD oil, some infuse beer with CBD oil, you can infuse coffee with CBD and on and on. If you use an oil-based CBD oil, then you need a fat to infuse along with it so that it is effective in the body.

There are many ways to dose with CBD, but sometimes there are ways which are more pleasant to your taste than others. That is nice about CBD dosing, there is not just one way you can enjoy the benefits. So let’s look at some ways you can infuse some of your favorite drinks with health benefits. 

CBD Flower Infusion — Mango Coconut CBD Smoothie

If you need to leave the house for work early and your hunger mojo is not in gear yet, this smoothie is the perfect option for energy to get the day going. You can adjust the amount of CBD oil depending on how much you need to accomplish the desired effect. Blend up the following ingredients in a blender till smooth. 

1 cup of frozen mango chunks

¼ – ½ cup of coconut milk

Half a banana

15 mg of CBD oil

CBD Flower Infusion – CBD Infused Tea

Tea contains many antioxidants so alone is good for your health. Now it is very easy to make CBD tea simply by adding some CBD oil to your cup.  This can be the hot tea to spiral down your evening to prepare for a night of sleep.  

  • cup of boiled water
  • 1 tea bag of your choice of flavor
  • 1 t lemon juice (optional)
  • Sweeten to taste with honey
  • Pinch of ginger
  • 5 — 10 mg of CBD oil (in the morning) 10 – 20 (in the evening)

Put the tea bag in a mug of boiling hot water. Let it seep a couple minutes, add lemon juice, honey, and CBD oil. Stir together with a teaspoon until the ingredients are all mixed in together. Now you have an ultra-healthy hot tea just to wind down your afternoon or it is also a great remedy for sore throats. 

CBD Flower Infusion — Infused Hot Chocolate Recipe

Both hot chocolate and CBD mix flawless to help you relax at the end of the day and prepare for a restful night of sleep. There are easier ways to prepare CBD flower infused hot chocolate but what’s the fun in simple against complicated and delicious. 

1 cup of coconut milk

4 squares of dark chocolate

1 t of stevia

1 t of vanilla extract

15 mg of CBD oil

Now let’s go simple. Melt the chocolate squares in a microwave. Slowly add the coconut milk to the melting chocolate squares and stir till they are fused. Add your sweetener and vanilla extract and the CBD for therapeutic hot chocolate bedtime drink.

Remember to add at least a ½ teaspoon of butter of coconut oil in with each of these infusions. This allows for better absorption into your body. If you have a favorite smoothie, then simply add the dose of CBD and a little butter and enjoy.
