CBD is gaining a lot of popularity lately due to its many health benefits. People are using it to manage all kinds of day-to-day problems such as stress, pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia and so on. And the best part – you don’t even have to smoke it or snort it to feel its magical effects. There are CBD edibles, CBD drinks, CBD oils that you can simply drop under your tongue to feel its effects, and then there are CBD e-liquids and CBD Vape Oil that you can vape. Speaking of which, vaping or inhaling is perhaps the most effective and fastest way to get CBD flowing into your bloodstream. But to have that effect, you need to look for the right oil, i.e., the CBD vape oil and not just any ordinary CBD oil for sale. And that’s what I’m going to help you get familiar with through this post.
But before we get into that, let’s take a quick look at CBD e-liquids- an alternative to CBD vape oil.
What is CBD e-liquid?
CBD e-liquids are also used for vaping CBD. They’ve the same PG and VG base mixture as used in nicotine or flavoured e-liquids, but with additional CBD content. These CBD e-liquids are diluted down by the carrier liquid so as to be low on CBD concentration. Now since they’re much lighter than CBD vape oils in the UK, CBD e-liquids are perfect for people who vape a lot throughout the day but are looking for milder effects. Many people on the other hand do not fancy the idea of vaping CBD e-liquids in excess. They believe that vaping e liquids too much can increase the chances of inhaling potentially harmful solvents and toxins that can be found in propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin. Although believed to be safe, nobody likes to take in unnecessary toxins.
Personally, I do not want to vape all day long for milder effects. That’s why I prefer CBD vape oil, which is stronger and purer than CBD e-liquid or any other CBD oil. Let’s take a closer look.
CBD Vape Oil
Vaping CBD vape oil is the healthiest way to vape CBD. That’s because CBD vape oil is made entirely from hemp extract and natural terpenes without mixing any carrier agents such as MCT, PG or VG. As a result, CBD vape oil is also a lot more concentrated with high-strength CBD content than a CBD e-liquid.
To be specific, a CBD e-liquid contains 5-10% of CBD, whereas CBD vape oil in the UK may contain anywhere between 55-65% of CBD. This means a stronger, faster and longer hit with every inhale.
Many CBD vape oils may also contain a mixture of other minor cannabinoids such as CBN and CBG, which further enhances the strength of CBD in what is called the entourage effect. This happens when more than one Cannabinoids are present and interact with each other to give you an even stronger hit.
Now since the cannabis scene is quite new in the UK, there aren’t many options for UK CBD vape oils available and for sale here. Despite that I was curious to get my hands on some good quality CBD products. And that’s when I stumbled upon a newly launched CBD brand- Paso. They have a number of high-strength CBD vape oil cartridges for sale with as much as 65% of CBD concentration. Although, there are only two flavours at present, i.e., Daybreak and Citrus Eclipse, I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of their high-quality CBD vape oils in near future.
